Free Dobbies Little Seedlings Workshop: Paper Plate Leaf Wreath

What's Included in This Offer

Dobbies Garden Centres is running a free Little Seedlings workshop titled “The Journey of a Leaf.”
Kids will spend the session learning how fallen leaves turn into compost and how they create shelter for wildlife.

At the end of the lesson each child crafts a paper‑plate leaf wreath that they can take home as an autumn decoration. The wreath is the only tangible item handed out, but the educational experience is part of the package.

The event is hosted by Dobbies, a well‑known UK garden centre chain, and takes place during November.

Why This Dobbies Little is Worth Getting

The workshop blends fun with learning, giving children a hands‑on glimpse into the natural cycle of leaves. Understanding compost and wildlife habitats at a young age can spark a lifelong love of gardening and the outdoors.

A paper‑plate leaf wreath is a simple yet charming keepsake that lets kids display their creativity on the mantelpiece or front door throughout autumn. It also serves as a conversation starter about nature’s recycling process.

Because the event is completely free, families get an educational outing without the usual cost of a craft class. Dobbies’ reputation for quality gardening advice adds credibility, making this a trustworthy and enjoyable experience for both kids and parents.
