Free CPR Courses UK: In-Person & Online Sessions

What's Included in This Offer

Our team found a series of free CPR training sessions run by the Resuscitation Council UK throughout October. The programme covers the core life‑saving techniques recommended for the general public, including chest compressions, rescue breaths, and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).

Both in‑person workshops and online webinars are on the schedule, so you can choose a venue that fits your travel plans or stay at home and learn via video. Each session is delivered by certified instructors, meaning you receive the same quality of training you’d pay for in a commercial course.

There are no hidden costs, extra kits, or mandatory purchases attached to the training. The only thing you receive is the knowledge and confidence to act in an emergency, backed by the authority of the Resuscitation Council UK.

Why This CPR Courses is Worth Getting

Whether you’re a parent, teacher, sports coach, or simply a caring neighbour, being able to respond confidently in an emergency makes you an invaluable part of your community.

The October schedule means you can get trained before the colder months, when winter illnesses and accidents tend to rise. Plus, the mix of in‑person and online options lets you fit the course around work, school, or family commitments without sacrificing quality.
