Win $2,000 Coffee Cart Event in Texas — Coffee Company Giveaway

What's Included in This Offer

We came across a giveaway from Inbetween Coffee Company that hands out a coffee‑cart event credit worth up to $2,000. The prize covers a single coffee‑cart service for an event you’re planning in Texas. If your celebration needs more than one day or exceeds the $2,000 limit, the sponsor will still apply the full $2,000 credit and you’ll cover any remaining balance.

In addition to the grand prize, the rules mention an unspecified number of 25 %‑off discounts for runner‑up participants. Those discounts act as savings on future coffee‑cart bookings, not extra free events.

The offer is strictly for residents of Texas who are 18 years or older and who can host the event within a 100‑mile radius of Bryan/College Station. The event must occur after October 25, 2026 and on a date the sponsor has available.

How to Claim Your Freebie

Here’s the exact process to lock in your entry:

• Step 1: Click the claim button below this article to open the official entry form.
• Step 2: Fill in your full name, contact information, and the details of the event you’d like the coffee cart to serve (date, location, expected attendance).
• Step 3: If you want bonus entries, follow the sponsor’s referral instructions: have a friend submit their own completed form during the promotion, and both of you will earn an extra entry.
• Step 4: Review the information for accuracy and submit the form. No purchase or reservation is required to enter.
• Step 5: Wait for the winner selection on October 19, 2026; the chosen participant will be contacted by phone or text between October 19–21.

Eligibility is limited to Texas residents who meet the age and location criteria, and each person receives only one base entry. The deadline to submit your form is 11:59 PM Central Time on October 18, 2026.

Why This Win $2,000 is Worth Getting

A coffee cart can turn an ordinary gathering into a memorable experience. Freshly brewed espresso, cold brew, and specialty drinks keep guests energized and create a social hub at any party, wedding, or corporate event. With a $2,000 credit, you can cover a full day of service—including staff, equipment, and a menu of drinks—without denting your budget.

The prize is ideal for birthday celebrations, graduation parties, small corporate mixers, or community fundraisers happening in the Bryan/College Station area. Because the credit is applied directly to the service, you avoid hidden fees and get a professional setup that would otherwise cost a small fortune.

Even if your event exceeds the $2,000 limit, the sponsor still contributes the full amount, meaning you only pay the difference. Plus, the potential 25 %‑off discounts for other entrants give you a chance to secure future savings on coffee‑cart rentals.
