What's Included in This Offer
We came across a handful of Halloween-themed freebies that let kids eat for free when they show up in costume. At Red Lobster, families can receive up to two free kids’ meals per table when a full-price adult entrée is ordered. Each free meal is capped at a $9.99 discount, covering a kid’s entrée, side and drink.
Plan to visit Hurricane Grill & Wings on Halloween; it's a no-purchase free kids' meal, but double-check the restaurant's hours before you go.
MOOYAH runs a similar deal on October 30-31 from 3 PM to 9 PM. Costumed children 12 and under can claim up to two free kids’ meals with a qualifying adult combo (one entrée, one personal fry, and one regular drink). The offer is in-store only.
Hurricane Grill & Wings stands out because it requires no adult purchase - any child in costume can walk in and receive a free kids’ meal during the Halloween weekend.
Other participating chains such as Applebee’s (Flynn-group), Outback, Denny’s, MOD Pizza, Friendly’s, Beef ‘O’ Brady’s, Hot Head Burritos, Drake’s, Red Lobster (online To Go), Dickey’s, and Huddle House also feature free or heavily discounted kids’ meals, but the core value comes from the Red Lobster and MOOYAH offers listed above.
How to Claim Your Freebie

Step 3: Indicate which restaurant you’ll visit (Red Lobster or MOOYAH) and select the date and time that matches the offer window.
Step 4: Confirm that the child is 12 years old or younger and will be wearing a Halloween costume.
Step 5: Submit the form and wait for a confirmation email that includes any required promo code or verification note.
Step 6: Show the confirmation (or promo code, if provided) to the server, and present the child’s costume at the time of ordering. The adult must order a full-price entrée (Red Lobster) or a qualifying combo (MOOYAH) to unlock the free kids’ meals.
Eligibility is limited to the United States and Canada for Red Lobster; MOOYAH’s deal is in-store only and does not apply to delivery or third-party platforms. No registration beyond the claim form is needed.

A free kids’ meal saves families anywhere from $5 to $10 per child, which adds up quickly when you’re feeding a crew before heading out for trick-or-treating. The Red Lobster discount covers a full entrée, side and drink, so you get a complete meal without extra cost.
The MOOYAH window is perfect for late-afternoon cravings, letting you grab a quick bite between pumpkin patches and haunted houses. Because the offer is limited to 3 PM-9 PM, you can plan a short dinner break without missing the evening festivities.
